As I drove up to the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely rooms, complete with a living room, kitchen with bar stools, bathtub, and an outside shower. The sleeping experience was slightly uncomfortable, but overall, the rooms were very good. The service at the hotel was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff like Ivon, Carlos, Cecilia, Daniela, Jaime, Wildo, and Harry going above and beyond to assist guests. The location was stunning, surrounded by beautiful hills that changed color throughout the day, providing a peaceful and scenic backdrop. The dining options were varied and delicious, although some staff members seemed a bit casual in appearance. The facilities were well-maintained and convenient, making for a pleasant stay.
